Challenge	Getz Stuff Done is a solo-run real estate business based in Perth, WA. June — the licensed agent behind the brand — manages rental properties across some of the most remote regions of Western Australia, including towns like Norseman, Moora, and Pingelly. Her previous website was doing her no favours — dated design, poor mobile usability, and no clear calls to action. It lacked the polish and performance needed to back up her excellent reputation.
Solution	June needed a modern, professional website that would communicate her services clearly to property owners, tenants, and buyers. It needed to build trust with regional clients who may not meet her in person. It had to load fast, perform well on all devices, highlight her specialisation in remote WA areas, and convert visitors into leads through clear contact points.
Outcome	I built a fully custom WordPress site using Advanced Custom Fields to give June full control of her content and Tailwind CSS for a responsive, fast-loading layout. The site is structured around her core services with a clean, focused design. I avoided page builders entirely, delivering a site that is lightweight, easy to maintain, and built for long-term use. June now has a website that reflects her professionalism and experience. It works perfectly on mobile, supports her services with clarity, and helps turn interest into actual leads. The build shows what’s possible when you combine smart design, efficient code, and a clear message.
